Can you believe you can get a pho with beef, chicken, or pork for just $14.50 on the Lower East Side?!

Their noodle soup is highly customizable: first, choose your base: beef, chicken, or vegan pho, spicy lemongrass, or coconut curry; then select your protein: sliced rare eye round, beef brisket, grilled pork, grilled chicken, or vegetables. You can even add roasted bone marrow for just $6 more!

They offer two sizes: $14.50 for a small and $16.50 for a medium. Personally, I found the small size more than enough. It’s generously packed with noodles and meat. My friend thought the medium might still be on the smaller side for those with a bigger appetite.

*Coconut Curry Lemongrass Pho $14.50
I chose the coconut curry lemongrass soup, which was the most recommended base in online reviews. It was quite spicy, but I ended up drinking a lot of the broth. Yet I did notice some dryness on my tongue afterward, which made me wonder if it contained MSG. For the protein, I got a mix of rare eye round and brisket. I preferred the rare eye round, as it was more tender.

I’m vegetarian and have tried pho several times and never liked it. Gave it another shot at this place and was blown away. My order: vegan pho w a poached egg, chili oil, and two limes. Literally amazing. To my vegetarians - HIGHLY recommend!

Not authentic Viet food!

I was homesick and searching for a pho spot nearby when I was deeply disappointed with the Chicken Pho I had here. The owner and chef don’t seem to be Vietnamese, as grilled chicken is never used in pho in Vietnam. This completely ruined the taste. Even if I tried to consider it a fusion dish, it’s simply bad. The grilled chicken meat was incredibly dry. Don’t ruin our people food with your bad creativity.

This was my first time eating here and it was amazing! I got the spicy lemongrass soup and the broth was insane and it’s the most amount of meat I’ve ever seen in a pho. The server was so friendly. We also had the pork belly steamed buns which were delicious. Prices are incredibly reasonable too. Can’t recommend it enough.

Dinner was phenomenal. The wait time was accurately conveyed to us by our server/host (she was working both positions). We came back in 15 minutes as requested and had trouble deciding what to try. The pork belly buns were good if a bit difficult to keep together, but the pho was fantastic. I got the spicy coconut lemongrass with chicken. My friend enjoyed the red curry, though his side of noodles stuck together.

If I were just rating the pho, 5/5.

Really hit the mark. Will be back with new faces.

I liked this place a lot. The interior is cute, service was good, and my curry was tasty. It was pretty crowded on a Saturday night but we were able to wait for a table.

One thing to note is that they don’t have a liquor license so all the cocktails are soju based.
