Oh boy, where should I start?
The atmosphere was nice, but ends there. Our original server, Will, took our drink and food order, but was never seen again. Thankfully, James was kind enough to check on our food order and gave us our additional drinks. A manager also had to attend to us and apologize for the wait. One group member received her food, but two of us didn't. It was almost 1/2 hour. All I had was a BLT (that was made incorrectly and had to be returned). We had unlimited drinks, but ended up with only two each.
Would I go back? Nope.

Terrible service, you come at brunch time and pay for that service and they only serve you a drink once and they never serve you a drink again, very bad.

First time trying here and I loved the experience. Nice view and the food looks amazing, the cocktail could have been stronger though but probably its just me. I would love to go back and try other options on the menu.

Great cocktails in a very cute and cozy spot with a view of the Empire State Building! The service was great - friendly, had thoughtful cocktail recommendations, and were very attentive. Was able to get a quick last minute reservation. Highly recommend for a date or intimate catch up with a friend.

Good drinks, fun environment, and great view of the lit up sky scrapers at night.

What can I say? Our first visit to this spot was an unforgettable experience—but not in the way you’d hope. Nestled in a hotel, the restaurant flaunts a sleek, trendy vibe, complete with stunning open views of the city and an electric atmosphere, thanks to music that felt like a live DJ spinning just for us. It was the perfect setup for a memorable brunch—until the service turned it into a waiting game straight out of a nightmare.

From the moment we sat down, it was clear that something was off. Patrons all around us wore expressions of sheer frustration, and for good reason. The food? A mediocre offering that took ages to arrive. And the drinks? For a supposed “unlimited brunch,” they trickled out slower than someone trying to escape quicksand, and it seemed like forever before they even made it to our table.

Our server’s attitude only poured salt in the wound, treating us with an indifference that bordered on rude. To top it all off, a special deal we’d found on another site was completely ignored, even though we eventually secured a refund after much hassle. Why advertise a deal you don’t intend to honor?

If you’re thinking about coming here, brace yourself—or better yet, consider heading to one of the nearby spots where you can enjoy the same views, vibrant ambiance, and a level of service that doesn’t leave you sinking into your chair with impatience. This place needs to step up: better staffing, faster service, and genuine care for the customer experience are desperately needed.

This place is horrendous. Service is horrible. We waited an hour for our food. The one waiter guy that works there was all over the place and did not come up to us more than once after taking our order. The manager in the green cardigan who is also the hostess, doesn’t know how to run the restaurant. They forgot an order and forgot to bring out candles with dessert for my birthday….complete trash. Do not recommend this place at all. Completely ruined my birthday experience!!

The place is beautiful but the food isn’t good. You could tell they were short of staff and they didn't remove the dishes from the table. I won't be back.

Nice and cozy place. Glass ceiling from where you can see the Empire. Closes early. Not memorable cocktails but still a pleasant environment

The place is amazing, great ambience and view of the city, also, really nice vibes. The food was so good, nice quality, presentation and tasteful. I recommend the candied croissant! However the food does take a very long time to arrive, and after waiting for about 40-50 mins they brought the wrong order. They fixed the order reasonably quickly and it was very good.

Really neat place to grab brunch and see some of the city views from the roof. Neat decor with a very open atmosphere. The food and beverages were also tasty!
