Very rude no chairs to eat inside they need a course in etiquette and respect . Wouldn’t recommend it eating here man was extremely rude when asked to clean the shrimp slammed the food on table

Unfortunately inconsistent food quality is becoming the normal business practice for many restaurants. Barely any sauce or flavor on most entries at this place. When sauce is ample - it’s saturated with oil and void of flavor. The scallion pancakes are terrible - simply a fried mess! The egg rolls are never fresh. When you make a request for extra vegetables or sauce they agree but don’t deliver. It’s time to find a new “go to local” Chinese restaurant.

The food quality had declined. I weigh my food. I had 33grams of shrimp and 285 grams of broccoli. My fried rice was also dry. I do not recommend.

Service is great, food is also very good. Cash, debit, or credit cards are accepted. Online orders, pickup, and delivery. If you live in the area delivery is very good not a long wait.

The restaurant is Nice & clean as far as i can see and very nice staff ! Food is amazing, i had it once and never went anywhere else. I never had a bad order, so far so good

THESE GUYS CANCELLED MY ONLINE ORDER BECAUSE I STATED I COULD NOT COME DOWN TO PICK UP THE ORDER AS I HAD SURGERY ON MY LEFT LEG! I PAY FOR DELIVERY SO THEY SHOULD HONOR THAT BY COMING UPSTAIRS!! STAY AWAY!!!!

Decided to order with a person instead of a machine, big mistake. I was told I had to spend $10 to use my card. When I was asked about the machine, I got an attitude and was shooed off. Didn’t even end up getting anything cause I’m not spending my money to be treated like that.

My go to Chinese Restaurant. Their food is very good, fresh and well prepared most of the time (compliments to the cook). When it wasn't, I spoke to the people taking my order to ensure it is next time around and they very much made it right. Good portions, good prices and the people taking the order are very nice, polite and professional. Does not get any better in the area from all the other Chinese Restaurants I tried 👍🏼

This place is good I love ordering from here, they keep it clean and they are friendly I’m confused to why there are negative comments on here about them , if the food is fresh and good why give them bad star rating that’s not good. Anyways i love their food and service thank you golden dragon

I placed an order at 6:21pm and was told it will arrive 40 to 45 minutes. On a Friday that is acceptable. However, 1 hour later, I called the restaurant asking for a status on my order. The staff kept me on the phone for 20 mins trying to get in touch with the delivery driver, which they could not. Finally, while on the phone with the staff, the delivery driver arrives at 7:50pm. I asked why are you so late, and he says, "I was busy".

As a discount, the restaurant offered a free egg roll on my next order. Clearly, unacceptable, and the food was cold upon arrival, they finally took $5.00 off the current order.

The staff was not considerate enough to comp the current order or a future order. This shows the lack of respect they have for the community supporting their business.

It is clear, when it comes to running a business, regardless of the cheap costs of ingredients to make Chinese food, they are not willing to be accountable for their poor customer service, to offer a fair monetary discount. A $5 discount is insulting and disrespectful to a once loyal customer of 2 years.

The food goes from bad to worse. If before it was halfway good, now it is terrible. They don't have a specific recipe for each dish, but rather they do it by calculation. Be more serious, otherwise you will end up without customers.

Worst food ever, the jumbo shrimp batter tasted like it wasnt cooked and the shrimp it self was super chewy like it was over cooked. Chicken looks and taste old like it has been refried. The fried dumpling filling was chewy too like it was plastic or something. And i thought i was only getting cheese wontons not crab ragoons. Not worth the money!!
