Based on the reviews, New Hua Xia Seafood Restaurant is a solid spot for a traditional Chinese dinner. The newly opened space is clean and bright. The food is excellent and not overly oily. Dishes include salted fish fried rice, sweet and sour chicken, pan fried flounder, Salt and Pepper Pork chops, Lobster, and a Pea Shoot veggie dish. The chicken soup is a delicious, clear broth, and the Steamed Fish is very fresh. The Steamed Crab is also very good. The restaurant is a loud, fun place for amazing family style Chinese, with large tables upstairs that spin. Service is standard and prompt. It is a good spot for a wedding banquet or a family celebration.
