Delicious
Huge menu to select from, and perfect cold treat for these hot summer days. Easy to order and came out quick, and they’ve got lychee slush which isn’t always offered at boba places.
friendly staff and good drinks. There is definitely something different to the other Gong Cha shops in town but still very delicious and I cant complain.
Gong Cha certainly has tasty beverages, which help to beat the sweltering heat on an especially sunny and steamy late July day. 96° in the shade but perfect in the cool refreshing bliss of a Strawberry Cream Tea. Service can certainly be more friendly. The value is there and I will be back, hopefully greeted by a more happy and friendly team member.
love the flavors! so nostalgic
Pretty good Brown sugar milk tea.
Got there peach green tea on a warm day! Very refreshing.
I went there order 3J- before I pay for my drink request the guy for sign in account for point- he doesn’t care and he said you will get point automatically if you use same credit card but I still not get my point disappointed today-
Love the tea here and workers are friendly
You can't go wrong with standard milk tea at Gong Cha. Can't speak to their more slushy or jelly themed options, but their milk tea/boba offerings are very high quality and tasty without being too sweet. They of course offer the ability to adjust your ice and sweetness level and service was fast.

The mango frozen drink with mango pearls is exquisite—I would come back a thousand times just for it. I highly recommend it. The matcha, on the other hand, is pretty standard, nothing special.
Drinking it by the window while looking out at Chinatown was a nice experience. The music was really loud, and at one point, the worker went to the back to take a phone call, leaving us completely alone in the store.
I was excited, I had been wanting to try Gong Cha for a while even though my friends said that the taste can be equal to a "Kung Fu Tea or Tiger Sugar" and that it was not a big deal, I still had high expectations. I had signed up for the app and even invited a family member to download the app and get a discount promotion and IT DIDN'T WORK, it says my referred friend signed up but they never gave me any discount or referral promotion. I tried to order through the app but the location of New York did not appear. I had to order through the touch screen. I tried to sign up with my phone number associated with my account and it appeared as if I needed to register again as a new user 🤦🏻♀️ I finally placed my order, paid by card and the receipt says I didn't get any points for the purchase. I don't really understand how membership works on Gong Cha 🤷🏻♀️ When I got the drinks, I was completely saddened and disappointed because the presentation was different from what I got and the taste was too sweet. The strawberry cheesecake was too sweet on top and had a too salty and tart bottom. Sadly, I will have to uninstall the app and not buy again. I didn't have a pleasant experience with trying to become a loyal member and with the drinks I got :(
The taste is fine, but the waitress there was a little wired: I ordered a shin ramen there, and the disposable fork incidentally fell down to the ground. I asked the waitress whether she could give me a new one, but she just picked up the fork on the ground, washed it and gave it to me. She said to me that it’s okay. (Excuse me?) It’s the first time I encounter a situation like that.
Just bought drink and ramen cup. Fork fell down to the floor. I picked it up and ask for new one. She(boba maker) told me that it is ok to clean it up and reuse. She clean it with water and give us. I ask for new one but she want us to reuse again. Bad service other that that, drink is ✅
The ginger bread is so cute
