Kong Sihk Tong Reviews
tried the salty Duck egg fried rice with shrimp and it was full of flavor. must try!
Great food and service. This is my family’s go-to breakfast place on weekends 👍
The food is great. The only notes I had was better black sesame flavor on the black sesame French toast. Also the steak is insanely chewy on the baked spaghetti. I couldn’t eat it because it was so chewy. The cream sauce on the spaghetti was rich and delicious. The French toast was buttery and packed with black sesame. I enjoyed this meal. The vegetable was crunchy and had a generous amount of oyster sauce.

Kong Sihk Tong is a small Chinatown cafe in Manhattan that serves authentic Hong Kong-style cuisine. The service is efficient and friendly, with the motto "not urgent but quick." The menu features delectable dishes like Baked Cheese Topped Pork Chop Rice and Fried Fish with Corn, served promptly and bursting with flavor. Customers highly recommend the Soy Sauce Royal Fried Noodles, Iced Milk Tea, and the popular Golden Lava Toast. The restaurant is often busy, especially during lunch hours starting after 11:30, and there may be a wait during peak times. The chicken wings with salt & pepper and XO fried ramen noodle are praised as very good, and the rice rolls are also a favorite. The beef brisket noodle soup has lived up to expectations, and salted egg dishes like fried rice are seasoned well. The Mushroom Cheese Omelette and Chicken Portuguese Baked Spaghetti are also popular choices. The fried egg and avocado toast received mixed reviews, with some finding the avocado not fresh. The restaurant offers a casual, traditional cha chaan teng vibe, open early in the morning and serving affordable, good portions with fast service. Customers should note that only cash or Venmo is accepted, and the staff appreciate nice gestures.
