Gotan makes a pretty good iced latte. They also have pastries and food that accommodate many dietary restrictions, which is cool. The ambiance is fine, but not so much a coffee shop vibe. It’s a bit more restaurant-y. They don’t have WiFi which I don’t love.

The food was prepared nicely and tasty, but I had a poor customer service experience. The dish I ordered comes with over easy eggs but for health reasons I cannot eat undercooked eggs so I requested them to be hard scrambled. When I got my dish, the eggs appeared over easy so I raised it to the staff. A waiter then came out to me and said Gotan doesn’t do scrambled eggs, which for one doesn’t make any sense since they’re just as easy to make if not easier than over easy...
