Finding good coffee in the city is one of my favorite things to do and after finding this place on Instagram I knew I had to check them out. The interior of the cafe is a bit small but has a very cozy atmosphere. The baristas were nice and not too busy. I asked for a pour over and was expecting a cup but was given a carafe which allowed me to enjoy the coffee more. The single origin Colombian coffee was delicious and very clear. Overall a great coffee roaster from New York.

I would go here everyday if I lived closer. Thank you to the handsome barista with the glasses for a wonderful matcha latte with oat milk.

Great options for vegans, great coffee! I bought some to take home and prepare in my french press.

Gotham’s known for having darker roasts than what’s trendy among the “third wave cafes”. Dark roasts often destroy the beans’ character. Here the pourover tasted clean and complex with notes of tobacco and herbs. My initial thought was “this would pair wonderfully with a cigarette” even though I quit smoking years back.
