Best experience as in fine dining. Very creative approaches on food tasting menus and will be back for more!
Bōm continues to be one of our absolute favorite restaurants. The food is exceptional and the service impeccable. The beef short ribs, seared beef with caviar and uni, and crab juk with steamed egg were incredible highlights. The exploratory wine pairing is always amazing and makes the experience even more special.
Perfect food and attentive service, but some of the servers were a bit odd - overly theatrical forced smiles. You can see really exaggerated smiles when you're interacting with them and then when they walk away you can see the smiles wiped away immediately. Does not impact the level of service and attentiveness but does make you wonder if they are ok and if the restaurant are treating them well.
