Ask for rueben special, it’s lit. Lady at the counter, was rude though with soda choice I made. She told me that I get a free soda, but didn’t specify it was a canned soda, and then was rude about it
Decent simple sandwich. Annoying that they up-charge for everything, even lettuce and tomato. A simple Turkey sandwich listed at $7.50 usually comes out to $11 or more. Pricing also doesn’t seem consistent from trip to trip.
When you are wandering the upper east side and don’t want a fancy meal, this the place. Excellent salad bar and sandwiches. Fast service and good food even for hard to please She who must be obeyed .
