Delicious and famous Gracie Mews is a wonderful dining experience with indoor or outdoor seating( weather permitting). Delicious breakfast,I recommend the Eggs Mykonos. Family owned and you will be treated as family.

This is definitely the best diner on the UES. Staff were lovely, helpful and cheerful. I had the California club and the chicken was fresh grilled and warm and the bacon perfectly crisp. My spouse had the beef and bean chili which came with (homemade?) crunchy fresh tortilla chips. They even make fresh squeezed OJ. Usually diners make mediocre food precooked and heated to order, which I guess is part of the point, but if you can get diner food that actually is fresh and tastes so good - why wouldn’t you! It was $39.20 pre tip for the two dishes. There was no service charge and there was a 4% discount for paying cash. Not sure what other reviewers were talking about.
We come back because of the amazing service and food. The manager Hilario is always very welcoming. Our server Terrance is always our guy. We love everyone there. The food is as amazing! So many options to choice from

Love it for a breakfast or brunch, the variety of pancakes they have turned me into an addict. I loved their Nutella pancake. Highly recommended for breakfast and I have to say the best service in Manhattan. Great staff.

I had a meal that came with soup or salad. I had the minestrone soup, it had only a little flavor due to it being too watery. My main course was a platter of beef brisket ($32), one of the Friday specials. It too was weak in flavor despite sauce on the plate. It came with a potato of choice and a vegetable.
