The service and salon ambiance are top notch. Felt the pastries were not fresh fresh and the caviar service could be much better presented. The caviar blinis were actually a bit cold, and we called for more. There is room for content improvement, but high style points.
Nice experience with my 12 year old daughter. Food and ambiance were excellent. My only issue would with the service being sparse. I saw the back of my waiter 90% of the time. I had to wave down other waiters to get help.
I booked a table for an afternoon tea. The location is nicely decorated but unfortunatly too noisy. The hotel should have a “quite” place policy. The service has been warm, professional and friendly. The staff is doing a good job. They have a good variety of teas to select. What I did not appreciated is the low maintenance of the building. The floor was dirty and the wall was damaged.
