I booked a table for an afternoon tea. The location is nicely decorated but unfortunatly too noisy. The hotel should have a “quite” place policy. The service has been warm, professional and friendly. One of the most gorgeous places in Manhattan. Great ambience, service and music, even the music sound volume is perfectly adjusted. Better make a reservation for a high tea, at least a day before.
