I had a very nice reception upon my arrival. The service staff was very welcoming and some knew I was there to celebrate my birthday. Overall, I had a very nice time there and would go back again.
Been here many times , the service was not the same level as usual. Everyone has an off day though.
I had a very disappointing experience at the Baccarat Hotel bar.
My friend and I came in for drinks and a light meal, expecting a relaxed and enjoyable evening. Instead, we were approached twice by staff regarding my outfit, which felt both unnecessary and inappropriate.
