King Cole Bar

Incredible. The Maxifield Parrish mural is what drew us in. It was the ambiance and service which kept us there. We were there during UN week, and the place was packed with dignitaries from around the world mixed with tourists such as us. If I could give any place 5+ stars it would be the King Cole Bar at the St Regis. First off, full disclosure, I chose this place as it was prominently featured in Devil Wears Prada. Got there a few minutes before opening at 4pm and there was a line! Went straight for the bar and had a "New York" beer (forgot which one). It was good, it was cold.
