If you are reading this because it's late, maybe it's cold, and street side yakitori feels like the the little planet you need to orbit in the vastness of NY space, then this is your sign to go. I went in the cold. Had a nice chat with a Michelin star sommelier who was there after work and loves this place. We ate lamb, chicken skin, mushrooms... chatted... went our separate ways. Perfect spot.

My go to skewers spot in NYC. Opened till late night 1am. The owners (a couple), are always hard working (especially in the cold) just cranking out skewers, huge respect. Favorites are - lamb, beef, tendon and occasional gizzards. Meat is tender and well seasoned. Spicy recommended! Cash only!

This is a skewer cart located just off of Grand St station. The skewers were very meh in my opinion. They were unflavourful and the meats (especially the beef) was extremely tough. I also tried the shrimp and the chicken, but I had way better before. The service was express and is in cash only. If you are in LES/Chinatown area for some quick, affordable bite, this is a good option especially if you wanna get that protein in. But otherwise, I'm not sure if I would willingly go back.

4.3 stars. Need street meat? Good lamb (lean and not gamey) and pork (Chinese roast pork belly with the crispy skin) skewers. The shakey-shakey was not that spicy but a bit too salty. The prices are rising too fast and it’s starting to be not a good value. It was a rainy Sunday 6pm so no line.Vegetarian options: 10 vegetarian skewer options.

Dynamic duo cooking up fresh skewers. Lots of different types and worth trying all of them. Can be kind of a wait but you can tell they're working hard. Love seeing the diversity in community that comes to support this cart. Spice levels are customizable. Will definitely be returning. My favorite late night spot.

I have been going them for so many years. I can't even describe how tasty their food. Very nice people. They are at the location everyday between 5pm to 1 am except rainy days. If you pass by from the area definitely stop by.
