Tried to buy flowers, long wait just for the cashiers to be rude and tell me to tap my card without even making me aware of how much I was paying. The flowers had a price of $7 and $8 next to them, they were charging me $15 and once I said that wasn’t the price next to them they were rude and said to talk to the guy outside. There was no man outside or a sign even indicating to not pay inside.

I like thhe food BUT,The guy with long ponytail on second shift is discusting,sen him cut his nails behind counter,make food with no gloves,and use a filthy towel to wipe a knife and the cutting board,the rest of the second shift is great but that turned my stomach,very bad habit

I was trying to buy flowers on 10/6/25 at around 5pm. The guy working the flowers was so rude. I was trying to pick out the flowers and he literally enclosed me in with the wall they put up around the flowers when they are closing that section.
I said can you give me a minute to grab the flowers he shrugged his shoulders and said we are closing! Then he said my boss wants us closed by 5pm, then I said im sure your boss also wants to sell flowers. These flowers were for my girlfriend's birthday, so i wanted to pick out some good ones, but this guy was laying the pressure on thick. So I grabbed about 60 bucks worth of roses and other flowers and headed inside to pay.
Once inside the guy at the counter looked at me like I had three heads, and I said what? He replied, what? I felt like I was in crazy town. I said can I pay for these flowers? He siad did the guy give you a receipt? I said what guy? The guy outside? That guy barely let me pick out the flowers! Then that guy came running in and started freaking out on me! I was like dude, RELAX! Anyway I paid and got out of there. That dude was psycho! Never will I go there again nor recommend that place for anything to anyone.

When I first walked into the store, it felt like a sauna. I needed a quick bite, so I decided to get a sandwich unfortunately, that turned out to be a bad idea. When I finally opened my sandwich, I realized the order was completely wrong. The sandwich was dry and tasted funny. To make matters worse, after a few bites, I noticed fuzzy mold on the bread. I would not recommend this location due to unsafe food conditions and poor food storage practices.

They have AMAZING Caribbean & Trini Doubles in the back . I never expected to find so much flavor in midtown. This unassuming corner store has a whole steam table in the back ! Wow. So much good food cant wait to come back . The lady at the register is a sweetheart and so caring and nice to everyone which is rare in these parts. LOVE IT !

I was looking for a deli with cold and hot sandwiches and was hoping it would come out great. Sadly it was highly disappointing. I decided to try a sample of their chicken noodle soup & it was meh and needed a bit more seasoning. I was calling the cook 3 times and she didn’t look at me until she decided to ask if I needed something. I replied back “Yea I’ve been trying to get your attention 3 times! She had an attitude immediately & when I asked for a grilled chicken cutlet sandwich with lettuce, tomato, mayo, salt, pepper & a little olive oil she started to prepare the roll and then proceeded to put “grilled chicken” pieces into a microwave!!! I told her I don’t want the chicken in the microwave that’s disgusting I want it on the GRILL. I asked for some adobo seasoning to be added on the chicken because that’s something I like added to my chicken sandwiches in deli’s & I also got a bag of Fritos. The sandwich was so thin that I felt like I ate more bread than chicken! Sadly I had to throw it out halfway through eating it. The sandwich tasted fine until it started tasting weird and I threw it away. Weird sour taste and luckily I had a bag of Fritos & some Pepsi to make the taste go away. I also got charged for a small cup of dressing which I thought I was chipotle mayo & it was some type of liquid dressing! It tasted so nasty 🤢🤢never again! Overall I probably wouldn’t come back here for food & if I did it def wouldn’t be for the hot food either. It didn’t look appetizing at all. The cashiers were kind though & they let me know about the natural juices too.

Was watching on a live stream tour , everyone was asking about a cat as that's what makes deli 's in new York top deli's....the streamer was just giving us tours were persons asked about cats, everyone on the stream asking,while looking what he wants to eat....they wasn't understanding even while he's explaining. The lady in there got really rude,fanning him off, running him away basically he's explaining 3000 people watching and asking, turning a question into a racist shit is distasteful, like he said the setup is nice , never seen soo many workers in one deli but the attitude was distasteful and disgusting,they never had to turn it into a racist shit, cursing fanning us off and being rude. I would rather starve than ever eat here. No manners or understanding even with explanations and proof.
