I absolutely adore this little place . It’s in the most popular place in New York City- Times Square. Many healthy options and fast service. I recommend them.

A friend said this was his favorite place for healthy food and it didn’t disappoint! I had the Protein Açaí bowl with almond butter, delicious! Sad to hear that this spot is closing down.

Tiny but mighty! You can tell the owner knows what he is doing. If I remember correctly, the guy there is the son of the former owner. My second visit was today and it didn’t disappoint! The owner and the staff were very helpful and nice.
I had the Zen Mandu Bowl (totally a Star Wars sounding name-lol). It has all vegetarian steamed potstickers, plenty of veg, kimchi with a lovely sauce; cool and refreshing. I could only eat because I also had a delicious shake made out beets and other yummy things ($9.25). So refreshing! Prices at pretty typical for NYC and so many options.
They also have a few hot and cold chicken and turkey options today. Wraps and Turkey meatballs…looked delicious but I wanted fresh vegetables. They also have veggie friendly cookies, chips, Ollipop, and other things.
They also had lentil soup, chicken soup and I forget what the third soup was. My friend had the chicken soup.
Sadly, the lovely sorbetto that was here earlier in the year! Next time , I’ll have to ask about it!

This restaurant executes its concept perfectly. Skilled workers deliver with friendliness. The vibe is just right, the place is spotless, and uncomplicated. The plates are well-filled and the servers are helpful. ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL.

Food felt a little small, but it was a good price! Love to see so many vegan options along with normal food. Plus it had a cute interior and some phantom of the opera pictures! For Times Square, this is a good stop for healthy food
Such a healthy little spot tucked away on 43rd street, vibrant inside, with plenty of healthy options that will leave you satisfied without feeling heavy. The temple bowl was on point.

Lots of really tasty looking vegetarian options! I went with the yummy vegetarian wrap and I'm happy to say that it was actually delicious! However, it kind of fell apart while I was eating it - the wrap wasn't strong enough to hold the contents without tearing. Would definitely still order again, though! Just letting you know that it can be a bit of a messy dining experience.
The staff was very friendly and helpful! They made recommendations, which I always love to hear.
Tip: They have a limited seating area! So if you show up during lunch hours, plan to take your food with you. They can probably seat up to 12 people in their seating area.
Ok… I have been going to this spot intermittently since the earlier 2000’s maybe even before. I would love that I could get great gluten free and vegan options. Also that the food, no matter what I got from the extensive food bar to juices, was always delicious. It is and has always been a gem in the healthy food desert of Times Square/tourist area. That said, I was pleased to see it was still around since so many good healthy (real healthy) places have been shut down.
After not being able to visit since before the pandemic, I made a trip to find my memories erased! The store had now looked like every other cookie-cutter “make your own bowl” spot that the food tends to be bland and limited and definitively not organic. Although, I miss all the great products, food and atmosphere of the previous store, there were still one or two remnants, which kept me there to investigate.
The counter person (Eli) was so warm and helpful that my shock started to wear off. When I finally found that I could make my own bowl, even though limited in selections, I tasted the same quality of flavor and that you would not get at your “run of the mill” “healthy” “make your own bowl” place. I may understand the changes might have come due to necessity of staying open, for which I am grateful. I just really miss the eclectic array of products and buffet that I could trust were healthy and delicious and that meet my dietary needs/standards.
I do hope they stay open but hoping for more quality, truly healthy options make a come back. I wanted to give 5 stars all around but my disappointment landed a 4 In atmosphere because of the concerning changes. If anything, this place stands out from all the other “make your own bowl” spots because of the flavor of food options.
NOTE TO THE OWNERS: Please do not become like all the other spots that claim they are healthy. Stay true to what you believe about health and your mission of helping/serving people high quality.

Extremely reasonably priced food, açai bowls that were filled to the brim, only four very small tables was a huge drawback. The food was very tasty and the assortment was enough to take care of the varied taste in my group. There are snacks that are very healthy and plant-based and a drink selection. That’s also very mindful of one’s diet.

No other place I've eaten has delivered service this perfect. This restaurant never misses on food quality. Staff members showed superior attention. What gives it staying power is the neighborhood support. I'd return weekly for more meals!

This is not just a natural food store, it’s also *drumroll* a GELATO shop!!! A truly unique one at that.
Great tasting gelato with unique flavors (I had hojicha and Japanese chocolate),and they are the BOMB)
This place is honestly an aesthetic. Interiors are painted with a pretty marbled rainbow. Also!
Music played in the shop includes songs about the gelato and its unique flavors, sung by the owner himself. The songs range from rap to hip hop, it’s awesome.
Would recommend giving this place a visit and a listen! It’s a VIBE.
