In terms of healthy, tasty food I have not found anything that compares to this place. The New Yorker bowl is delicious. I will definitely be coming back to this place when I’m in the city. Prices are decent.

Delicious food, great service, nice to see an establishment that cares about nutrition & health, and sensible portion sizes, it's hard to find a healthier sandwich in Manhattan that isn't too big for one person, and lower carb bread too.
Lots of vegan, vegetarian & meat options plus an interesting selection of homemade vegan baked goods.

Ordered the Seoul Mandoo Bowl, it was delicious! Great service too (didn’t feel pressured to quickly order) and love the interior of the store as well

Cozy little place that offers healthier options. Ready hot meals , a salad bar and great freshly steamed dumplings.

This used to be an oasis. Went there last week; it was a shaddow of its former self, very few selections,. Very sorry to see this.
Green Symphony was an excellent find. I needed a quick meal and was not disappointed. I got the Fakin’ BLT and it was delicious. They had several vegan options and I was impressed that they even had pre-made vegan sandwiches in their grab-and-go section. Their prices were very reasonable as well. I would definitely go back to Green Symphony.
They don’t have vegan sushi anymore, their dumpling using egg white to seal it so it’s not hundred percent vegan. I order the coleslaw, cucumber salad and soba noodle and beets, all are vegan😄 Updated from previous review on 2025-04-08
Had the Bare Noodles. It was lite and well put together.
Not many vegetarian options for hot food. Acai bowls were ok. There's a small seating area, no bathrooms.

Love the food, very healthy options. The reason why it only gets 4 stars is because there is a short Asian man with glasses that had an attitude and started raising his voice all because I asked him to repeat himself cuz he was speaking too low. I asked someone else to prepare my plate and they were much more pleasant. I would highly advise for them to get rid of that short guy, then they will get 5 stars!

Bowl was fine and filling with brown rice with cooked cauliflower, kale, tofu and edamame. I’d return for a quick meal pre-theater.
Vegetarian options: A good amount of vegan choices. Vegan friendly. Server was knowledgeable and proactively provided information.
Dietary restrictions: A good amount of vegan options.
