Love their coffee and online app. I always pre-order and grab my coffee on the go. Their oat milk coffee specials are delicious and so creamy. Great for morning or midday treat

I tasted a Matcha Cherry Blossom with a matcha brownie.
The matcha brownie was so delicious, and the matcha was smooth with a delicate flavor of cherry blossom!
The people who work in this café were so kind.
That’s why I recommend you try this place for breakfast or an afternoon snack.

I was looking for a nice spot to have a coffee and actually get a seat. There were no spots across the street at the popular chain and I wanted a fresh not frozen tasteless pastry. So lo and behold, facing me on the opposite corner, a Gregory . There were even a few seats and as I have been to Gregory before, I knew the pastries would be delish. The walnut cranberry scone has big juicy cranberries and a crispy crust. Inside moist and flavorful. The chain across the street has little stingy cakes they charge $5 for. At Gregory the pastries are generous size and a small coffee and a pastry are $8, not 11$ or 12$. The coffee was smooth and full bodied with a nice caffeine kick. Yumm! I do agree with one post that said the Coffee Crumb Cake needs to be moister and sweeter but the other pastries are delicious so made up for that.

Disgusting Customer Service Experience from one particular employee and his colleague. It was on Jan 22.
I am compelled to share my deeply disappointing experience at Gregory’s Cafe, leading me to leave this one-star review. (I did not want to because everyone else is nice there, but I need your attention to this matter.)
As a returning customer who has enjoyed your establishments in the past, my most recent visit has left me questioning whether I will return, especially due to the appalling behavior of a male employee.
During my previous visits, I made sure to ask some of your employees about your dog policy, wanting to verify that my well-behaved dog would be welcome. I wanted to respect your policy as a customer so I was assured that dogs are allowed in the café, and this assurance made me feel comfortable bringing my furry companion along.
And I made sure my dog behave well and not to disturb anyone. Everyone I had met there were very nice until this one.
During my time at the café, my dog patiently sat quietly under the table, while I savored my drink for about a half hour or longer. However, as we were preparing to leave, my dog briefly sniffed my cup. It was at this moment that I was met with the most disrespectful confrontation from a male staff approaching me out of nowhere and said something with very small unclear voice.
He approached me with an attitude of disdain, and his tone was shockingly rude. When I asked him to repeat what he said, as I didn’t quite hear him because he was mumbling looking at my eyes and looking on the floor, finally he responded in a condescending manner: “Dog is not human. It’s an animal. Dog licks the table.”
And seemed he was very much disturbed to the fact I came to ask what he said. It was him approaching us mumbling but did not like me to confirm what exactly he said to us.
This statement was not only disrespectful but also exhibited a complete lack of understanding regarding dog behavior. It’s utterly disgusting to be spoken to in such a demeaning way, especially in a place I had expected to be welcoming. In addition to his unprofessional demeanor, there was another female employee standing next to him during this exchange. Instead of intervening or showing any empathy, she completely ignored the entire conversation while her colleague belittled me. This dual display of disrespect left me feeling disrespected and appalled at the lack of professionalism and basic courtesy shown.
I cannot help but question whether this is the type of service that Gregory’s Cafe chooses to offer its customers. I urge you to reflect on the behavior of this employee and consider implementing training to ensure your staff treats all customers—and their pets—with respect and kindness. I was not sure if I should just let go and will not come back again or should bring this to your attention, and I decided to share this with you with good intention.
Thank you for considering this feedback seriously, as it is my hope that no other customer has to endure such an unpleasant experience in the future.

Coffee was great but food options were underwhelming and they didn’t have the posted breakfast sandwich we wanted.

Good coffee, great vegan options, free WiFi. Unfortunately, only single-use cups even when drinking in.

Amazing coffee, I’m really picky because I’m not a huge coffee drinker and my husbands latte and my salted caramel cold brew was some of the best I’ve had. My husband is a coffee snob and loved it.
