Separates itself from any starbucks or dunkin donuts. The selection is far better and the quality of the coffee is superb. The only issue that I've had is the bread for the avocado toast was very stiff. Maybe that was just a one time thing. The tuna sandwich is one of the best.

Service is pathetic . Stood 5 minutes waiting for my coffee while she was serving other customers in the queue who came after me .
I’m trying to understand why they wouldn’t fill up my drink to the full amount. I don’t have the energy to argue with a barista about my drink order. Waste of money and time. Sick and tired of the inconsistency of this place.

Convenient location and the drinks are good, the downside being it’s incredibly noisy with little privacy while music is blasting out loud.

I recently visited Gregory’s Coffee, and my experience was underwhelming. The latte was great, smooth, and flavorful, but the rest fell short. I ordered “The Skinny” sandwich, but it had no flavor and wasn’t enjoyable at all. I also tried the coffee crumb cake, which was too dry and disappointing.
To make matters worse, most of the items I was initially interested in were not even available. It felt like the options were limited, and the food did not live up to the quality of their coffee.
If you are stopping by, I would recommend sticking to their drinks.

Pleasant enough place, but barely any vegan options. A croissant with vegan egg and sausage and a not very tasty flapjack. Coffee was excellent though Updated from previous review on 2024-12-10

Gregory's has branches of coffee shops throughout Manhattan. They always have vegan food (though a bit fewer offerings than previously). Their coffee is good; their vegan food items are not quite gourmet, but they offer more vegan choices than most other coffee shops in NYC>
I thought they would only have one option but they had many vegan pastries, including a coissandwich with vegan egg vegan cheese and vegan sausage. Also had vegan sweet foam to add to coffee. The atmosphere is kind of like Starbucks but so convenient of you are in the neighborhood. Updated from previous review on 2024-10-16
Today I had the most disgusting experience. My barista made a Banana Chai and I don’t know how enthusiastic he was about making it that he overfilled the cup with ice and made a mess when closing the drink. He proceeded to clean the counter with a napkin, then with the same napkin he started to clean the cup and lid. That was disgusting, why would you clean the lid of a cup with the same wet napkin that was just used to wipe the counter. I’m making a BBB complaint and one to the department of health. He laughed when he saw the look on my face and was talking to the other barista that took my order with a mouth full of food because he was eating while serving the customer. Terrible service today not happy I threw the almost $9 drink away.
