Great Greek food and very nice restaurant. Very slow though. We weren’t in a hurry and chatted a long time but still took an ungodly long time to get our food. I’ve been to many European countries, numerous states, and all up and down the east coast. Slowest restaurant ever. Otherwise it was great!
Butterflied totally nailed their Grilled Chicken Klassiko Bowl. The savory chicken with fresh cucumber, rich lentils, and creamy tzatziki made for a seriously satisfying MealPal lunch today.
We came for my son’s 13th birthday and everything was more than we expected. George was an amazing host and he prepared everything for have an amazing experience.
We tried the taste, fresh and delicious food here, if you’re looking for something like that to share with your family or friends, this is the right place to come in NYC.

Butterflied is a hidden gem of NYC, offering high end, sophisticated dishes at reasonable prices with warm hospitality. The restaurant is super close to all the action in midtown and Broadway, tucked away on 45th street. The food, atmosphere and overall ambiance are phenomenal. The food and service are absolutely fantastic. The atmosphere is warm and enjoyable, and the staff are very friendly and attentive. The place is warm and inviting with a casual and comfortable yet refined vibe, great for all groups. Favorites include the arugula fennel salad, short rib empanadas, truffled steak and onion sandwich, and chicken gyro flatbread. The salmon is absolutely incredible, and the salmon tartare is incredible. The deconstructed youvetsi is elegant and delicious. The kabobs are incredibly tasty and tender. The wines are also excellent. The star of the show is the food. A definite must-try for an unforgettable experience.
