I am gonna support this place because I believe it has potential. They offer good coffee and my espresso was smooth and made on point. For being in a busy area, the location is not crowded and for me this is a plus. Also, the atmosphere is good with plenty of space to sit and also to get some work done. Baristas were gentle and patient. They did a good job and were nice with us all the time. Also, the decoration is interesting and the explanation of the mission they have is pretty funny to read.

Ordered the decaf americano. Really good coffee and friendly barista. Barista asked me about my favorite music genre and added more milk in my coffee without hesitation. Music is just a little loud, so bring headphones if you have an online meeting/call. But that’s an easy fix. Overall, a space for a quiet coffee in the busy Flatiron neighborhood.
Usually I like this place but today, I walked in 2 minutes to 4 pm and the barista had a nasty attitude. "We're closing in 1 minute." Okay! All I want is a black cold brew. "No, you don't understand, we are closing." Not closed- closing. The hours posted online say 5pm close. Also, it takes longer to argue with me than pour the coffee. I'm not asking for a lot- I'm literally trying to give you my money. But fine, if it's such an issue that you refuse service then you've lost a loyal customer.

Oof. Should have read the reviews. This really is the worst cold brew, like sipping from a cold ashtray left outside a cigar bar all night in a light rain. I gave it a shot, it tried to drink it, but couldn't and just poured it out so I could recycle the plastic cup. 😒
