My friend and I made a reservation for Gurumé at 7pm on a Saturday. I would recommend making a reservation if you are dining around this time, as it was packed! However, the crowd had dissipated by 8:30pm, so if you're looking for a later evening bite, it's definitely slower. I would also recommend not dining at peak hours because it was so loud. Decor is your average, upscale vibes, but the tables are really close together to maximize the amount of people in the space.

The food is very good (ribs were just ok) however everything else had great flavor. The drinks were simple yet flavorful. The service was high energy but my wife and I did appreciate the attentiveness. The shining star was the black sesame bread pudding. Easily could’ve had 2.
Atmosphere is a bit loud. Couldn’t hear separate conversations but a bit noisy over all.
