The food is delicious and the service remarkably and memorably friendly and attentive without being overbearing. We started with the brussels, which have a sweet vinaigrette dressing and are cooked perfectly. The ribs were meaty, not fatty, with flavorful spicing. We ended up choosing Gurumé for dinner before our theater visit based on a ChatGPT recommendation. I’m very glad we did, as the food and service were equally fantastic. Guided by recommendations from our server, Cherry, and our own curiosities, we ordered the Grilled Broccolini, Everything Tteokbokki, Mushroom Harvest Bowl, Berkshire Kimchi Fried Rice, Steak and Potatoes, and finished with the Black Sesame Bread Pudding. This place came highly recommended by some friends that work in the theater district, and it did not disappoint.
