Exceptional food, not so great staff, very crowded atmosphere. The food was excellent, the meat was extremely good, and cooking it yourself allowed for it to be exactly to be like everyone's liking.

The service was pretty bad, though, it was hard to flag down a server and they weren't very helpful in deciding what to get, especially with such an in-depth menu. I find that these kinds of restaurants require an experienced staff that can give good recommendations...

We love it here and often frequent white plains. Imagine our excitement in having a closer location. The service was so so. We always had to ask our waiter or any staff for basics or things in general even to change the grill pan. It was frustrating at times but hopefully it improves.

It's a super cute setup for family and friends it's hard flagging down your server. The menu is extensive that I found a confusing and the wait staff wasn't much help. But the food was flavored good and I had a good time
