The most accommodating, kind, and helpful employees! Best meal to pick up before a long train ride.

Too much sugar in the bagel. Not the classic New York style.

Jesse was the best — told him i only had 5 minutes before my train and he whipped up a really tasty bagel & lox with the works in less than 2 minutes. will definitely be coming back!

Okay bagels, but HORRIBLE service by employee, who quite obviously hated her job... A simple order of bagels with cream cheese was forgotten and when asked for status on order, the employee practically threw bagels in a bag and at me. Never returning!

Bagels are on par with a mediocre hotel chain continental breakfast.

NYC all my life, last few years in ATL. Best everything bagel egg cheese that I’ve had in a long, long while. I’m taking a dozen home with me.
And diners, stop yelling at the counter folks with your ridiculous requests. The person in front of me was mad because her breakfast sandwich wasn’t immediately available. Lady, they need to cook the egg. I got my order quickly.

I grew up going to H&H and hadn’t had their bagels in a decade. This is not how I remembered them. They are just okay and kinda hard to eat! Excellent customer service, though!

Asked for honey maple turkey on my bagel and instead of telling me “sorry, we don’t have that”, the guy put HONEY on my bagel!
I also got Kraft singles and mustard on my bagel even though I never asked for those.

We came all the way from Belgium to New York to try a NY style bagel! We got them when we arrived at Penn station, at H&H and it was worth it! And Jessy made our experience even better! So if you have time to spare at Penn station, go to H&H and experience the greatest bagel ever! And let Jessy make your day!

Three employees completely ignored me and began to take the white woman behind me’s order. I’m standing in line with a magnolia bakery bag because I went there first so clearly I’m coming to buy something. I walked out I spend my money where I’m treat correctly. I will choose Zaro’s or Bagel Market every time going forward.

Completely chaotic. Handed me a random bacon egg and cheese when I ordered an avocado and egg. Good thing I am not a vegetarian I guess
Ordered a plain bagel with cream cheese. Literally came with the smallest smear. I’m nyc? Shame on you
