What an amazing experience at this tiny omakase restaurant! We were a group of 4 and we all loved the food and the service. Chef Morgan was terrific in the preparation and explanation of each course. The quality of the fish was excellent and the price was very reasonable. Highly recommend it.
Hard to find initially, but it was worth the search. The atmosphere was intimate but very friendly - it was a lot of fun chatting to the other diners, the chef, and the wait staff. They were so kind!
As for the food… total dream. Every bite was insanely delicious and well thought out. The courses were well timed and the progression was executed perfectly. I couldn’t recommend Hōseki enough for a wonderful meal.

A special lunch with an outstanding and imaginative omakase prepared by sushi Chef Morgan. Seafood was fresh, location intimate (7 seat sushi bar in roped off section of vault/lower level at Saks), and service and conversation was perfect. Given high quality of fish and presentation, price was very reasonable.
