I work across the street from this cart and it has become one of my go-to spots for a quick lunch. You can get two chicken kati rolls for $6, which is one of the best values in the neighborhood. There are also other dishes, including paneer (Indian cheese) for vegetarians. Note: Beware of tourist hordes from the nearby World Trade Center, as well as the various scammers trying to hock their wares nearby. Just say no if a "Buddhist Monk" comes up to you and you'll be fine.

Long line at a food cart usually a good thing... Kati Rolls tasty.
Chicken over yellow rice with white sauce is just simply the best. Have to find the right cart though. This one is normally on the end, across the red cube.
