Over charged me for a two letter of soda. After relizeing they did and imdeiatly after taking my money saying "This isn't what it was." they told me "No refunds." I have been going here for the past year and now they've been over charging during the evenings for not only shadwiches, wraps, and food but also now thier shelved items. Do not trust them.

Asked for a Egg slad wrap. Chaged me over $2 more than what was on the board. Got home. Found out it was Tuna. Thank God I didn't take a bite! I am allegric.Overcharged and also had to alsomost go to the hospital for it... Probably going to go in tomorrow and be told it was my fault and not get a new wrap or refund. Might not bother since they can't listen and almost hopitalized me.

Skip it, find another deli. My companion and I stopped in for a standard pastrami sandwich on a deli roll and this is what we got on October 23, 2022 about 3:00 pm. Attitude from the man who took our order, asked three times if we wanted it hot or cold. Mmm, no big deal but unfriendly. Meat was shaved so thin, it was tasteless, bun was whipped with so much air when it was made it was texture less. In summary, skip it!

I love coming to the 9th Avenue Deli for all my meals. You can't go wrong with anything on the menu. Not wanting something fried for dinner, I decided on one of their Chicken Salad Club sandwiches. The sandwich was huge. The chicken salad was made of poached chicken breasts and the salad was made of these chunks of the chicken with celery and spices with light mayo. The sandwich was layered with fresh lettuce and tomato with crisp bacon on top. The sandwich was excellent. The service is always really nice here and it is open 24 hours.

Every time I have gone into this place they overcharge me. Adding on $.50 to everything making the total a few extra dollars than what it should be. I have questioned this many times when I am paying and the man working the front plays the same game. Moving into the area I need a reliable and friendly deli near me and this is definitely not the place. Stay away.

My husband and I ordered from here in a pinch late Friday night and I am SO happy we did! We picked the food up and the actual place is clean and well kept. The workers are so friendly and had our food hot and ready, We both ordered BLTs, his on a hero and mine in a wrap. I had some specific instructions for mine and they got every single one right (which is rare when ordering through seamless!). The fries are deceiving as they look like normal deli fries but they tasted way above and beyond! Perfect temperature and amount of salt. My only complaint was that we didn't order two of them! The sandwiches were so fresh and great. We both saved half for the next day and they tasted just as good then! I am so happy we found a place in the area for some good late night food! Awesome place.
Residents of/visitors to New York City do not have any excuses for going into a Subway restaurant for any type of sandwich. Local delis really "kill-it." My tuna melt panini was surprisingly, even shockingly tasty. I really had no clue that such greatness could exist in the Kitchen of Hell (Hell's Kitchen). The server was very polite to me, though I am an old fat man in a suit and tie. I didn't see any females come in and am unable to corroborate the other reviews' allegations of sexual harassment. I'll probably be back someday.

Even if you do not speak Spanish, PLEASE KNOW that I have witnessed multiple accounts of sexual harassment in this restaurant. The workers tend to cat-call girls and speak to them in a derogatory fashion. My girlfriend often goes here late at night for last minute groceries--it is by no means a safe environment. Their sanitation standards are well below par. Be sure to read what you are being charged for before paying, as they often cannot justify and make up numbers.
