Food is good, service is also reasonable and decent. However, there is one girl who works at HHH and she literally forced me to pay 18% tip at a minimum. I am a student and usually don't have the capacity to pay that much tip every time I eat out, I tried to speak to her but she was the most rude server I have almost ever seen. She stared into my eyes and was so rude, and so arrogant and while I am very very disappointed, I did end up giving that tip because I did not want to explain that. I am a return customer to this place and have at least ordered/dine in over 20 times in 6 months, this was very insulting

The man at the front desk of this restaurant had to be the most rude disgusting person that I ever encountered. My husband and I came in and were first met by a nice young woman who said there were some people ahead of us so we waited by the door. This man walked up to us and asked what we wanted. We said we were waiting for a table and he looked at my husband with utter disdain and said that there were no tables available. My husband happens to be a wheelchair user. It seemed quite obvious that he had some contempt for us because of that reason. It was pretty clear by the tone of his voice and his nonverbal language that he did not want us in his restaurant. Sad because it is a pretty decent Chinese restaurant, but we will never go there again.Wheelchair accessibility: It is sad because there are not that many wheelchair accessible restaurants in our neighborhood and it seems that the management of this restaurant does not really care for people in wheelchairs. At least on this occasion that was the impression we got.

Came here for dinner and was completely satisfied. Cozy spot with delicious food. Started us off with a teapot full of yummy tea. Everything is shareable, large portions. Had leftovers to take home. Food is flavorful and worth it.Will definitely come by again. They also have a lunch special!
