Had a large party of about 30 people and the service was speedy and efficient. Food was great and everyone was satisfied. Will be back again! :)
It was a disappointing experience. Their Hunan BBQ Fish was sold out. I was advised to order Stemmed Whole Fish w Chopped Chili. After 15 min, the waitress said the fish needs another 10 min. She asked me to cancel the fish. I then ordered a House Special Noodle Soup w Pickled Bean and Ground Pork. The noddle is fettuccine which is much too thick for Chinese soup. The service was nice, but the food was so so.
Honestly I don't know what the bad reviews are talking about. I've been here three times now and every time the service is excellent. They just want you to order fast, eat, and be done with it - which is what a restaurant is supposed to do. They serve authentic Hunan-Chinese food to a T, and it's delicious every time. I want to go back at least once a week to try all the dishes on the menu. Would definitely recommend if you're in the upper west side.
