Overall, I had a really good experience at Hard Rock -- which is not what I was expecting. I had the Messi Chicken Sandwich with Fries and it was quite tasty. Check-in was pleasant and they had our 9-top ready for us when we arrived. Service was quick, friendly, and efficient. I would definitely add it to my list of restaurants that I would recommend for out-of-towners coming to Broadway and want something showy, affordable, and convenient (and good for large parties).
We enjoyed ourselves at Hard Rock Cafe-NYC. We went there to celebrate our daughter's birthday. Our waitress went above and beyond to make the time special by having fellow diners sing Happy Birthday. Our meals were hot and delicious. We will definitely visit again the next time we are in the city.
It was for a birthday and they sang and even gave a dessert so lovely little extra... Server was very attentive Martino I believe .. 1st time we came had no idea where to go and got sent to orange lights .. nobody helped us so we left... second time I booked online ... Meet and greet needs a bit of work 😎
