The Haven was excellent. My husband, our two kids and I had brunch today to celebrate our 10th wedding anniversary. The food was delicious, the service was great and we had a wonderful time.
Thoroughly enjoyed our experience at Haven! You still get the energy of Times Square without all the people shoving because you can hear all the sounds from below (as well as any helicopters above) but it's like a small open oasis in the sky! Located on the 8th floor of the Sanctuary Hotel, everyone was incredibly polite and professional when we walked in, and the small lobby area was very cute and warm. Very limited wine selection, but an interesting and varied menu, good guacamole, penne vodka had a nice amount of spice. One of us had the clams in white wine sauce which was not as good as the same dish at an Italian restaurant yesterday and Haven does the now popular, but annoying, practice of serving the clams in their shells. We don't need to pick each clam out of its shell to know it's a clam! Haven would be a fun place in warm weather.
