Went to Hava to pick up a $14 Peanut Butter Acai Bowl. When i returned to work which is one block over, the frozen acai portion of the bowl was melted and my granola was soggy. It was so bad I threw the whole thing in the garbage. It turns out they pre-prep the frozen portion instead of making it fresh on demand. Then place fruits on top when ordered. Worst of all the cashier/food prep person was sitting down behind the counter and I was their only customer at the that time. Businesses don't realize times are hard. You must have consistency in Product Performance/Presentation. Because word of mouth will kill your business.

They put so much sugar in their drinks, it is really gross. Made my stomach hurt after drinking a few sips - the Watermelon Lychee smoothie. Nothing but sugar (and clearly I am not the only one when you read other reviews)

I asked for no sugar in my bubble tea, and this was diabetes on a cup. The guy on the register not only lies to make the sale, but also refuses to fix it… Seemed like a cute place, but the product is pure sugar.
