I tried the Brown Sugar boba. I requested whole milk, 25% sugar, less ice, and extra boba. It wasn’t sweet like I wanted and there wasn’t extra boba like I’d asked. There was too much ice. But overall it wasn’t THAT BAD. I give it 7.5/10. I’ve had better boba from other places. Do I recommend though, yes

Best açaí bowl in the LES. Any smoothie with lychee is amazing. Fruit is always fresh and ripe, mangos are always juicy and sweet. Quality ingredients. 10/10.

My go-to every single time I’m by LES! 1000% recommend this place, unfortunately they don’t have any seats but their fruits are always so fresh. Their açaí bowls and smoothies are amazing. Hawa never misses

Very bad customer service , i couldn’t decide what i wanted so i asked the lady helping me , as i found out after her name was Ella. Then when i decided i asked to add banana which she said was an extra 1$ which was weird to me as i always go there and the guy adds in any other flavor that i would like . So then i asked why to the guy in the back and the lady Ella comes back yelling and trying to explain to me why she was gonna charge and she was mad i asked him . Then as she was explaining, she ROLLED HER EYES at me in the middle of the conversation. Very unacceptable and rude . Bad customer service
