Good food with good price. Such a pity it’s closed. The exterior really didn’t help to show how comfortable seatings inside. I thought it’s def would become one of the sought after restaurants. It’s the better Hay Hay IMO. Write this review to express my sad feelings about the closure.

This location is closed. Don't waste your time coming here.
I only got takeout here but I got the 3 item combo over rice with duck, pork, and chicken and it was soo good! It looked brand new inside and they were really friendly and fast when picking up my order. My favorite was definitely the duck but it was all good and I love that there was some bok choy to make it a full meal.

I liked it! The service was really good and the atmosphere was nice. The food was also good and reasonably priced. Over the past few years, I feel like a lot of the Chinese spots in the city have taken a nose dive while getting more expensive. I respect that this place still takes itself seriously.

They have the best lunch deal in the city. For $17 you get an appetizer, an entree and a drink. I'd recommend the hay hay deluxe trio - the cha siu (roasted pork) was delicious and the portions were generous. For appetizers, I was happy they offered the fried mini buns and they were very authentic. The fried dumplings were good too and the cucumber dish was refreshing if you want something lighter. Hay hay roasted is a great addition to east village.

Small “siu-lap” cantonese style restaurant. Minimal seating available with cute small lanterns hanging overhead. More for take out orders. We ordered 1/2 roast chicken and 1/4 roast duck to go. There was a line for pick up orders but it moved fast. Both meats were delicious and reasonably priced.

Amazing service, beautiful scenery, and I’m obsessed with their dishes! I’d recommend the curry fish balls, dan dan spicy brisket, and dan dan braised pork. Sooo delicious!

Spacious restaurant with excellent quality BBQ meats. You have a full selection of roasted duck, chicken, pork and char siu on rice or noodle. I recommend the won ton noodle soup. It was amazing. We originally planned to go to Momofuku but it was too full and happily found this place. I can’t wait to come back. Quiet restaurant suitable for dinner conversation
