Alright, I got to visit New York for the first time this week. I tried a lot of food spots and took a lot of local recommendations. However, nothing compared to this little bodega by my hotel. I do not know how they do it, but this small spot in the Bronx produces some of the best food I have ever had. And its super affordable. I grabbed items from them a couple of times and each item was a banger. They were also super friendly here and very cheerful overall. Was a great atmosphere. Next time I am in New York, I will absolutely be stopping here, regardless of how out of the way it is.

Clean place, usually love their salads but hot sandwiches are a BIG pass for me. Ordered a sandwich from them and it’s wasn’t good at all. I never heard of someplace that will serve you hot avocados

I booked a catering order with them 2 weeks in advance It was confirmed and paid for via ez catering I needed a COI for my building and the manager of the catering company “Ali” said he refused to give it - he said it was like being asked to see an ID on the street It was Not necessary So I worked with ez catering and I was going to personally pick it up on the street and bring it inside and when the drive went to pick it up he was told it was canceled The manager told them he refused to make it and that’s it - I had no lunch for 12 people in a board meeting Only finding out at delivery time!
Save yourself and go somewhere not rude and is dependable 😢

Horrible experience! Myself and my daughter had food poisoning after eating here. After the rude staff, the quality of the food was unacceptable
Wasn’t worth a visit and the Mexican female cashier in the front is beyond disrespectful!! If you want to get treated like garbage come here
