I go here regularly (I take visitors and then get drinks once a week). They made a clerical error on the tip when processing my bill last week and charged me 200% instead of 20%. I went in today to rectify the issue and showed them the flag from my credit card company and they fixed it immediately. Everyone makes mistakes and it was wonderful to not experience any hostility or issues. I go regularly because it’s always a great experience but this is just to say this business...
Best burgers and cocktails in Washington heights but definitely not the Place For Date Nights or outstanding Costumer service. The whole staff doesn't have a uniform nor dresscode which made it extremly hard to distinguish staff from customers. Infact someone who i thought was a guest at the bar just walked behind the bar to make her own drinks for her and her friends which happens to be the General Manager (Amy). I love my local bar but this is getting out of hand.
