I ordered the grilled salmon fillet with fried sweet plantains. The fish was nice and crispy and portions of fish and plantains were hearty. I will say, though, that the fish tasted a little too fishy for me. I had to add a sauce of my own to take away the fish taste. But once I added the sauce, I did enjoy it. Best poke in LA. Closest you can get to Hawaiian fresh poke. The staff is very nice and helpful and the El Palacio Seafood MarketHelen Quardo is fresh. I can't think of anything bad to say about this place. I only wish I lived closer.

Loved this place I was a little concerned about it being a little hole in the wall. Well don’t let that fool you. I purchased fresh salmon and king fish. The cuts were perfectly chunky and my family noticed the freshness. My husband even asked where did you get this fish from? Went back to try the cooked food. This place didn’t disappoint. Definitely recommend. Please don’t change!
