Nice and very good welcome by worker

Their in-store menu shows $3 for a brownie but they charged me $3.75 before tax. Deceptive marketing.

They’ve changed the layout of the store so there’s no where to sit.
Walked in, weren’t greeted by the two staff members. When asked if we can quickly eat our ice cream and donut inside since it was -10 degrees outside, they said no. So me and my bf sat outside. I understand they don’t have seating inside but how inconvenient would it be if you just let us stand inside for a few minutes and eat our ice cream since it’s so cold outside? We were the only customers anyway.
The ice cream was good and the donut tasted fresh.

Location I supposed to be open but they posted a sign they aren’t. Absolutely terrible location that doesn’t care. Closed longer than 30 minutes

Stay away from this gauging illegal place. They charge a $7.03 service charge for the privilege to talk to them and then - $4.49 delivery charge. For a for two ice creams and 4 donuts!!! $37.60 and that’s even before tip!!! Stay away. They take advantage. Let’s boycott and get them closed and shut down!!!

Went late, donuts were dry. Chocolate glazed and sour cream. I dunno what else to say — my friend who loves and was craving them threw them in the trash.

Guy working there was really nice, my cinnamon toast crunch doughnut was pretty good especially with the strawberry shortcake ice cream

Something out of a fever dream, we went to Holey Cream after a Broadway show looking for a late night treat. When we arrived they had a very limited inventory, although that’s understandable given the time at night. The more concerning thing was that upon entering we were not greeted by the worker who watched us come in and who we made eye contact with, who was also watching video on her phone in the back while she saw us come in at that. Also, she had a baby with her on her back in a baby backpack, which while we understand the need to take care of your child, we cannot see how that is a good idea when working around open food.

After standing there for 30 seconds she came up to us and said “are you ready to order?” and we quickly got our oreo donut and left. The donut was okay, not great but not bad, certainly would’ve been better if not left out in the open all day, assuming it was freshly made that day. This is probably an outlier experience but it’s what we experienced so if you want to test your luck go ahead, we just won’t again.

Place has gone downhill after it reopened following renovations. Hours are not dependable. It was closed tonight despite advertising being opened. Whenever I go they don’t have hot fudge. I walk to carvel now instead.
