Good variety of donuts & ice creams with creative flavors.
Must stop! SO good!
Stay away from this gauging illegal place. They charge a $7.03 service charge for the privilege to talk to them and then - $4.49 delivery charge. For a for two ice creams and 4 donuts!!! $37.60 and that’s even before tip!!! Stay away. They take advantage. Let’s boycott and get them closed and shut down!!!
Went late, donuts were dry. Chocolate glazed and sour cream. I dunno what else to say — my friend who loves and was craving them threw them in the trash.
Guy working there was really nice, my cinnamon toast crunch doughnut was pretty good especially with the strawberry shortcake ice cream
Something out of a fever dream, we went to Holey Cream after a Broadway show looking for a late night treat. When we arrived they had a very limited inventory, although that’s understandable given the time at night. The more concerning thing was that upon entering we were not greeted by the worker who watched us come in and who we made eye contact with, who was also watching video on her phone in the back while she saw us come in at that. Also, she had a baby with her on her back in a baby backpack, which while we understand the need to take care of your child, we cannot see how that is a good idea when working around open food.
After standing there for 30 seconds she came up to us and said “are you ready to order?” and we quickly got our oreo donut and left. The donut was okay, not great but not bad, certainly would’ve been better if not left out in the open all day, assuming it was freshly made that day. This is probably an outlier experience but it’s what we experienced so if you want to test your luck go ahead, we just won’t again.
Poor service & the new manager have a horrible attitude towards everyone.
Place has gone downhill after it reopened following renovations. Hours are not dependable. It was closed tonight despite advertising being opened. Whenever I go they don’t have hot fudge. I walk to carvel now instead.
Charged 14 dollars on Uber Eats when it was advertised as a 2-for-1 deal ($7 each), then the second didn’t even arrive. This ice cream is too small, even for a child. 2 oz sauce cup for reference.
This place is so dirty. Rats everywhere. Please avoid.

What happened to Holey Cream? I’ve been a huge fan for over 8 years, and it’s pretty clear it’s under new ownership now—because nothing feels the same. The donuts, the ice cream, the service… all totally off. We actually threw out a snowflake donut and a cup of coconut ice cream—the staff didn’t even know what it was, and that used to be a staple!
The inside is kind of a mess now too. No more menu board, not very clean, just not the same vibe at all. I used to come here way too often when I lived in NYC, and was so excited to treat myself again. Heartbreaking letdown.
RIP Holey Cream.

Love this place… but this location is under renovation/not open until early April, according to the sign on the door.
I am a huge holey cream fan, but recently they literally stopped filling up the sundaes all the way to the top, and started putting way too much syrup instead of actual ice cream. Not sure why they’re skimping when a sundae is so expensive.
