Rock music was way too loud. Trying to be an “upscale dive bar” but still charging $18 for a tequila soda. Service was painfully slow with the woman serving that night, even though there were not that many people there. Wouldn’t come back if you paid me to.

This is a delightful and unconventional spot for cocktails. The drinks are superb, with some featuring playful additions such as a glow-in-the-dark bracelet or a miniature plastic skateboard.

This place never disappoints! The bean and cheese burrito is a highlight, offering great flavor for the price. Although the cocktails are on the pricier side, their top-notch quality justifies the cost. To top it off, the bartenders are consistently warm and inviting.

Discovered a charming cocktail bar in the city last weekend. A group of friends and I dropped by in the early afternoon and enjoyed some fantastic drinks—especially the espresso martinis, which were a highlight. The atmosphere was already great, but I can imagine it being even cozier and more vibrant during the winter months. Definitely looking forward to returning soon!

Love the updated version...spent many a night frequenting this bar.
Really cool spot with great themed cocktails. Unfortunately, the experience was ruined by an incredibly rude bartender. After going up to the bar with a friend ordering a drink, I simply asked for sparkling water. Rudely she snapped, “No, I don’t have sparkling water,” walked away, then came back just to add, “And no, I’m not making you a bespoke mocktail this is a cocktail lounge.” (Which I was not even thinking of ordering) Easily the rudest interaction I’ve ever had with a bartender.

Came in on a Sunday around 6:30 PM. Bar stools were full with only one bartender. Stood there for about 10 minutes trying to order a drink, unfortunately the bartender never got to us. the couch was empty we sat there for another 7,10 minutes hoping to order drinks, but again bartender was flooded. We got up and left. cute little place. Walk less than a block found another place and had a drink in my hand in less than 5 minutes. I will give it a try some day.
Cool cocktails the bar is very clean and has awesome customized menus. Wide selection of drinks and there are beer and shot deals that are very affordable. The bar staff were super friendly too I know I'll be going back!

Holiday Bar: Where the Pony Beers Flow and the Judgment Is Free
Holiday Bar is not just a bar—it’s a lifestyle, a mindset, a state of being. Nestled in the chaotic wonderland that is St. Marks, it’s the kind of place where you go in for “just one” and come out three hours later full of theories about astrology, the 2003 Knicks roster, and why you definitely could have been a DJ.
Let’s talk about the pony beers. Tiny. Cold. Adorably noncommittal. They’re the flirtatious side-eye of beverages. You’re not drinking—you’re sampling life. And because they’re so small, you can responsibly drink twelve and still convince yourself you’ve made good choices.
But here’s the real dream: summer at Holiday Bar, posted up at one of the outdoor tables like a caffeinated gargoyle of judgment. Just you, your sunglasses, and a rotating cast of St. Marks pedestrians straight out of a casting call titled “People Who Might Be In A Band”. Every few minutes, someone walks by wearing something so confusingly cool you re-evaluate your entire wardrobe. This is the sport. This is the Olympics. This is why we wait all winter.
Inside? It’s low-key grungy in the best way. The lighting says “we don’t want you to see the time” and the music says “you will bop your head, even if you’re sad.” The bartenders are chill but also psychic—they know what you want before you do. They’ve seen things. They’ve poured beers for poets and possible cult leaders.
10/10. Cannot wait for it to be warm enough to sit outside, drink tiny beers, and silently roast strangers with love. Holiday Bar, you’re my problematic East Village soulmate.

My name is Mike and I endorse Holiday Cocktail Lounge. They don't have a burger, but they have great drinks and corn dog bites. Cheers.
