at first, I came here for the ambience, the atmosphere and the wild crafted cocktails but after some time, I really realize I was here for the customer service. savon, my favorite bartender and Seamus the sexy sex symbol really made this experience the best ever and I will be returning also they had really nice sour candy that they shared with me 10 out of 10

this bar is perfect. the crowd was young and diverse, the drinks are good and fairly priced, dj had hit after hit 🙏 we literally stayed there all night. i don’t go out much but will be coming back here

My favorite bar along Chrystie Street and one of the best bars in Manhattan hands down. Great crowds, variety of fantastic hip music! Live bands do perform every month. The selection of drinks are great from lagunitas to Hot Toddy’s, you will find your favorite drinks here, if you don’t see it, ask the bartenders and they’ll whip up your favorite! Great for couples and large groups! They have tables available. The atmosphere is dope with booming music and live DJ’s mixed with the disco ball and flashing lights, you can’t go wrong here, throw a birthday party and private events! Come on by Home Sweet Home 131 Chrystie Street and let’s have a party!!

I regularly go to this bar every weekend I and I go by myself and still treated great by the staff from the bouncer to the last bartender they know me by name they provide good service every one in particular shoutout to the owner for picking wisely ❤️🫶

I took my Best friend here for drinks during their happy hour, we had a great time. The atmosphere is a comfy basement with nice art pieces like antique bird cages hanging off the ceiling. I would definitely recommend the espresso martini

I visited Home Sweet Home during the Procession Goth night which was a fun experience!
The place has a really cool vibe, although the audio system is really bad on the dancefloor. The speakers near the front of the bar were great but not so great near the restrooms.
The staff were very friendly and always available to grab a drink from.

I had such a great time dancing at Sundays in the Jungle! What a cool spot. Sounds and subwoofers that made me groove, good drinks, comfortable, nice staff, and I really appreciated the water, too. See you again soon.

Place was cool until they had 1 hour before closing. Me and my girl went on march 17th the night St Patrick’s is coming in. It was 3am and ALTHOUGH their closing says 4am they started kicking me and my girl out cause they wanted close earlier. We rushed to finish the drinks we still had left but they didn’t care, not only did their security try kicking us out, the ppl still in the bar tried kicking us out as well claiming they were employees while they were brining non employees into the place. Meaning this spot tried kicking their customers out while doing whatever they want. I tried explaining to the security that I want to at least finish my drink that I paid for first but he didn’t care, the employee supposedly and him both chimed in to kick me out. Not only did I have to rush my drink but I had to argue with 2 people that I have the right to finish my drink first without leaving. I understand the meaning of closing fast but at least let me finish what I paid for. Super unfair and disgusting behavior because they wanted express control and show off in front of whoever was there because they weren’t all employees but they had girls in there that don’t work there. Not only that but they expressed no profesional behavior. This could have easily been handled by just letting us finish our drink and then leaving right after but although we paid they wanted to close their own way.
