To be honest, this hotpot restaurant was a big let down! Our first server was very kind and friendly, however the second server was unwelcoming and rude. After requesting her for more food, she suggested we wouldn’t be able to finish the food in our pot. She would remind us every 5 minutes in a condescending manner, even though we were still eating. She would refuse to give us more food and it pressured us to not make any additional orders. Overall, we left feeling rushed; which for the price definitely was not worth it. Keep in mind we paid around $50 each for subpar service and food. Save your money and go some place else where the broths aren’t bland and the quality of meats are better.

Food is ok value is alright for all you can eat but the service could be better after taxes & a tip my meal is was $50 the server demanded bigger tip even though the service only deserved a $1.50 tip. Don’t know if I’d want to come back.

Hot pot with lots of flavors to choos and lots of dipping sauce you can mix and match. Not quite my favourite but too late to know when I tasted the sour vegetable soup they also have ice cream so that's a plus

$45 AYCE hotpot with drink included (excluding alcohol) and 40 different broths. came on a friday night and didn't have to wait for a table of 2 compared to surrounding hotpot places all with 1.5-2 hour waits. Cost included ice cream too, which had lots of flavors to choose from

Soup base was a bit plain but still pretty flavorful. I think this is by far the best ayce hotpot I've had. The meat is fresh, they have a selection of veggies to choose from, and there are also unlimited drinks and ice cream. Whatever you want, this place has! Beer and alcohol beverages are a separate charge. The staff were so nice, they kept telling me to eat more, order more....kind of reminds me of my Asian aunties. Anyways, the ambiance was alright. Looks like a hole in the wall but hey, I could care less since the food was delicious!

Change your opening hours. Nobody answered the phone but your maps listing said open so my brother and I walked here in the cold. I’ll definitely change my rating but seriously please change this

We were craving hotpot and made a reservation the day before. It's a small restaurant focused on the basics of hotpot. Their broths are great (we tried one medium spicy and one pork and garlic) and the ingredients are decent but don't expect anything fancy. Note they do not have an option to take the broth home but we hacked a way by using the ice cream cups to have some broth for later. Love their self service so you can get what you want quickly. The ice cream at the end was great with lots of flavors to choose from.

Very enjoyable, no - frills all you can eat hot pot. There's nothing glitzy about the place, but the staff is attentive, and the system works perfectly. You order your broths (careful - everyone warned us that the spicy choices are extremely spicy so we opted for the least spicy alternative on the spicy list and enjoyed it) and the ingredients you want to cook in your hot pot. They arrive quickly in small portions. You get a new menu so you can reorder, and your new choices also arrive promptly. Sauces and drinks are self-serve and there's an array of soft drinks that are included. Fun vibe, and the food is delicious. We'll come back.

Had reservation for this place for a large group. With the reservation, they said our group had to sit outside. The shed was kind of ghetto, cold and dirty. We waited to be seated inside for 30 mins even thought we had reservation. Food itself was alright. Plate and pot was small. It is all you can eat. Price ended to be around $50 with tip and tax. Only good thing about this place is their range of drinks and ice cream. I say it's worth trying but I would not frequently go back.
