Perfect night out. Even the most simple dishes cuts - amazing.
The service here is exceptional. Server was attentive, yet not intrusive. The whole team worked together to provide a flawless eating experience. The atmosphere is inviting and cozy. Like their tuna nigiri!

Sushi Hatsune serves fresh and delicious food in an elegant environment. The friendly staff provide prompt and polite service, making it a great choice for both takeout and dining in. The menu offers a range of options, including Edimame, Crab Rangoon, Moso Soup, and various sushi rolls, such as the Manhattan Roll and Genki Roll. Customers have praised the amazing salmon avocado maki, which is always fresh and plentiful. The egg fried rice is comforting and simple, though some find it can be a bit spicy and could use more beef.
The restaurant is clean and well-decorated, with a lively atmosphere that isn't stuffy. Prices are reasonable, offering great value for the quality and quantity of food. The fish is noted to be super fresh, especially in the nigiri, and inventive pieces like the King Salmon Yuzu Kosuho sushi and Nama Hotate Shio Sushi are highlighted. The staff is attentive and offers personal recommendations, enhancing the overall dining experience. Customers enjoy the takeout packaging, which ensures nothing spills, and even find the delivery service to be prompt, often arriving sooner than expected.
