Very attentive service and staff who does the shabushabu for you. Unique gem in the neighborhood.
It was an amazing Shabushabu experience, we got The Premium Course ($178 per person), where the meal was mostly served with A5 Miyazaki Wagyu.
Attentive service where the staff explained which sauce to pair with the meat. I never thought you could dip your meat into different combinations of sauces. The best pairing was the A5 Miyazaki Wagyu with Karajiru and Nori paste.
Overall, a very cozy and delicious meal.

The restaurant, with only 6-8 counter seats, serves unique and satisfying variations of beef, including A5. This new concept combines Shabu Shabu and Omakase, where the chef cooks the meat for guests. The cozy and private ambiance adds to the overall experience. The quality of the starters and Shabu Shabu beef is excellent, with the Wagyu and pork belly melting in the mouth. Guests can also enjoy the traditional Japanese beef meal Sukiyaki. The meal includes 18 interesting courses that feel like a fancy hot pot, perfect for rainy or cold days. The appetizers and dessert are okay, but the star of the meal is the Shabu Shabu, which offers generous, delicious bites with different sauces to keep each course fresh. Service is quick and efficient, and reservations are easy to make, with timings at noon, 5:30 pm, and 7 pm. The cozy, private setting and high-quality offerings make Shabushabu Mayumon a memorable dining spot worth visiting.
