The food was great, very light and fresh. We didn't order spicy items, as we have someone with low spice tolerance, so those options are available and delicious. The fish fillet rice noodle was the best and the fish was fresh, would be back for that alone. Hunan Slurp is a Szechuan masterpiece. All the dishes were super spicy, but with a lot of vegetables, everything was super balanced and super enjoyable. of course this place is known for their noodles, but we got a variety of meats, vegetable dishes, and desserts. and I have to say I would 100% come back here for their good prices and authentic food!
