My husband and I went to Huso on a recent trip to NYC. Everything from the time we walked in, to the food, kitchen tour and service was excellent. The cocktails are delicious and the food is not just stunning but every bite was meticulously crafted to perfection. Best of all, Chef Buddha Lo personally took the time to chat with us and warmly welcome us to his fabulous restaurant. What a treat a highly recommend.

chef Buddha and team out did themselves. Place is elegant yet classy. The attention to detail showed from the plate the course was served on, to the glass for each pairing to the actual food. This was bar none one of my favorite dining experiences. Menu is seasonal, so you can always find something fresh and the atmosphere was no pressure. Sometimes these fine dining places have a certain tone. They were very welcoming and accommodating. I can't wait to go back and try another menu. We went with the caviar and non alcoholic pairings, don't knock it until you try it. Who knew you needed caviar on top of chocolate.

But what those television accolades fail to capture is that a great dining experience is about more than just the morsels on your plate; it’s in the discovery of tastes and presentations you’ve never even imagined, presented by experienced servers who take pride in their work and share a commitment to giving you a meal you’ll never forget. As outstanding as the food is, the service and ambiance are what set HUSO apart from any other restaurant in New York. I can’t wait to get back.

We traveled from Atlanta to New York this week for my 50th birthday year long celebration extravaganza! Marky’s was at the top of our to do list! Great ambience! Great service (Edward was fantastic, charming and knowledgeable). Everything we had was packed with flavor and topped with a generous portion of scrumptious caviar. And what was even just as great as our food experience was we got to meet Chef Buddha himself!!! What a great experience that I’ll never forget. Thank you Marky’s!
