Went for the early seating menu tasting. From check in to departure, we felt welcome. Service was an easy flow, with the whole staff working together, not just one server per table. This was a nice touch. We ordered cocktails but then chose the non-alcoholic pours to go with each course. This was an unexpected pleasure. Each table is individually invited downstairs to tour the kitchen and meet Chef Buddha Lo (chef’s schedule permitting). Chef Lo was very welcoming and personable....
Huso is my new favorite restaurant in NYC, and the finest overall dining experience I’ve had in nearly 19 years of living here and eating at the very best. From start to finish, the evening was pure perfection. The ambiance was serene and beautiful — like a high-end spa — setting the tone for a meal that was as thoughtful as it was exceptional.
