I went there just before the end of lunch. I got the Sorrento and it was good. The seafood tasted fresh and the pasta was al dente. The lunch specials are hard to beat with the taste, serving size, and price.

Crowded space but adequate for Italian, double width storefront with enough tables, so there's minimal waiting, if any. Outside seating probably only for warmer weather. Service fast & food well made, both aspects fantastic. Seafood fresh, pasta al dente perfectly made, squid ink & carbonara pasta great. Concierge thru servers very attentive. One note, the establishment appears to be operated with an all Indian staff.
First time here back in 2023 summer was really good. Came back recently, the food taste and quality went downhills.Black ink pasta was blend with tomato sauce. And the server did not let me know that there is extra with changing the sauce.:(

This was my go-to Italian spot in SoHo. It feels like a family joint. I would come here on lunch to grab a quick pasta dish or sandwich to go. They don't try to be gourmet. They don't try to be something they're not. It's really good Italian food for good prices. And the feel of a family spot that will give you a satisfying and consistent meal each time. Try the squid ink pasta. Highly recommend.

My family and I enjoyed our dining experience. The food was excellent and service was great as usual. My wife and I ate here when we started dating (that was more than 15 years ago). We highly recommend Il Coralli Trattoria.

Went to Il Corallo based on reviews. Did not have an appointment, however, the host offered to sit outside, since inside was all full. We accepted to sit outside, however, the table was very small and the space for the waiters to walk between tables was very tight. The waiters kept rubbing their rear end to my wife’s chair or elbow. We requested twice to be moved to another table outside, which they declined. we walked out. Waiters and metro were very rude and did not have any desire to accommodate our request. We ended up going to a place called Pasta Eater, and even though they were packed, they found a table for us. The manager/waiter were very nice, accommodating, made suggestions to our change in dish request. Totally different experience highly recommend to go to Pasta Eater.
