The pizza here is great, a tad oily on some varieties of slices, but they offer a great array of gourmet slices such as chicken, bacon, ranch or chicken Margherita. The prices are good as well, a surprise considering it's Manhattan. 2 gourmet slices got me a free can of soda for $10.50. I'm not mad at that, and every time I'm in the area, I try to come here. The facility is really nice and spacious, clean, and the service was super friendly.

IF I COULD GIVE THIS PLACE ZERO STARS I WOULD!!!

1. Cheese-steak HAD BARELY ANY MEAT. More like a salad on a hero. Paying an extra dollar just to get cheese on the sandwich was a joke.

2. They forgot my chicken sandwich that I ordered and had already PAID FOR.

3. The mozzarella sticks weren’t cooked when I broke it apart. It looked like there was a stick of butter in it (not melted). The breading on the mozzarella sticks wasn’t even cooked. You can still do the raw egg in the batter.

4. Lastly, The chicken seasoning tasted like it was rubbed on the floor.

I’ve gotten this place on the Too Good to Go app before and it was fine. Those not familiar, too good to go is an app that restaurants can sign up for to sell their food they would normally throw out at the end of the night. I noticed this place had a pickup of 1am-1:15am tonight so I paid for my slices and went there for pickup specially at that time. When I arrived, I was rudely told that pickup is at 3 am and I need to come back. I showed them the app that shows that the store has the pickup time set for 1am and they said that they will not serve me unless its 3am, or if I pay them $10 for slices that I’d get in my order that I already paid for. At that time I knew they were trying to just get more out of me so I left. Will never come here again and they do not deserve to be on Too Good to Go.

Pizza is good but they false advertise. They have a sign of 2 slices and a can of soda for $6.95. But depending on who is behind the register, they won’t honor it and lie. They say it’s a lunch special. It was my fave pizza spot but they false advertise. They will be out of business soon if they keep it up.

i ordered a decent sized order , about 50 bucks , tried to simply ad an item , got hung up on 3 times , told my order left which was impossible because 10 minutes went by , finally got someone who knew what they were doing and was able to order a simple salad , last order from this place ,update , they got the order wrong after all that , offered to send again , not worth it , will not order from there again

Their posted prices are not what they charge. They charge more than the posted prices and refuse to refund the difference.

Horrible customer service! The front counter staff are unwilling to rectify their mistakes. The food quality has also declined significantly.

I miss the pre-July team. The new night crew is terrible.

Great new pizza spot! Great selection of slices. Friendly staff. Cheese slice was *slightly* too salty, but otherwise a great slice.

Had dinner here. The pizza was okay. The chicken and spaghetti was good. The salad was fine.

I came later in the night so it wasn't busy in the store. Plenty of seating.

STAY AWaY Atmosphere is ok , the pizza is TERRIBLE and there was actual bugs on the pizza when it was out. Do not go here unless you want to be sick

Nasty people working the front. Was short 5 cents after spending 50$ and they gave me a very hard time about it. Also the pizza was NOT fresh seemed a bit off. My son and I came at night , it was suprsingly dirty and my son claimed he even saw bugs behind the counter .

What a delicious pizza! It is obvious that they provide top quality products, and if that were not enough, the prices are super affordable. The place is very clean and the staff is attentive.

Horrible customer service . The idiot that answers the phone doesn’t know how to speak to people and needs to watch his tone with customers . Delivery drivers crying about tips like it’s my problem when a tip was given to him . Pay your workers better . Their tips is not our problems , plus the ride was like 5-7 minutes away . He tried to make it seem like I was half an hour away or something . I always liked ordering from here but that guy on the phone is definitely pushing away customers . One of these days someone isn’t going to tolerate that and get down with him
