I made an order on Uber eats and received the completely wrong thing for $50. When I called, the manager screamed at me and said I had ordered what I had received. They are complete and utter cheats and I hope this "review" results in making people decide not to go. I wish them only bad things as I was willing to work something out but the cheap manager was not. The entire thing makes me sick (exactly how an expensive meal should make one feel.

I never post or do this but I have to let others know. Never in my life have I left a restaurant before and I did so today. It’s just too hot, loud, and cramped in this restaurant to be paying $100pp for such a miserable experience. The focaccia was raw (I ate dough), our waiter had to shout to tell us the specials, and the server literally had to throw the bread on our plate because they couldn’t reach our table. We ended up leaving after we ordered our drinks because we didn’t want to spend our anniversary this way. My ears were even ringing after we left. Our waiter was very understanding and nice, I do feel badly for the work staff. But I do not recommend going to this restaurant (at least during prime hours).

I chose a dish special, linguini with lobster. Presentation was gross looking. It looked like something had died on the dish. The carcass of the lobster was on the dish and it didn't resemble a lobster at all. I'm from New England, I know my lobster. Not appetizing, not flavorful and it was a small fortune for that dish that I didn't eat.

Visited Mulino's yesterday with my wife, our daughter and niece. Visually, the ambiance was great, the drinks were good at best. Physically, the ambiance was tensed. We were racially profiled upon entry. At Mulino's in Atlantic City & Westchester we received the perfect fine dining experience Mulino offers. At 60th Street, we had to keep asking for simple things, while other guest did not.1. I had to ask for a napkin to place in my lap. Other guest had the napkins placed on them, as they and we should have.2. We did receive a plate with cheese. Other guest had the cheese cut at the table.3. While seating, we had to wait for our waitress, because she was busy serving two tables that arrived after us.4. After we ate the chef's appetizers, we had to wait a long time for our table to be cleaned off. Other guest had it done immediately after they ate. This was uncomfortable for us. We have traveled the world and have experienced fine dining. Ha's in Mexico, Latitude 10 North in Costa Rica, and many more. To be in our home town and be treated poorly was nothing less of distasteful. Now, the food: Our steaks temperature request was not met. We had to send it back to the chef. It was tasty, but not the best Mulino has to offer. 60th Street was a dump.To top it off, I was waiting at our table to sign the bill and these worthless individuals stopped my wife at the door like a criminal. We have never received a meal we didn't pay for. Classless act done at Mulino's @ 60th Street. They humiliated us and we will not forget this. Again, we have actually been to Mulino's at Westchester too and they live up to brand. 60th Street is a place you should avoid if your not White. They won't treat you equally. The manager was a complete scumbag

Went there with a large group of friends. Was pleasantly surprised at the vegetarian options. Had the beets salad, tricolor pasta and Tiramisu. The tricolor pasta(Red, white and Green of Italian flag) was super fresh and amazing. This was a mezzanine course but the restaurant was flexible enough to increase the quantity to a main course. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed the food and wine there.

From the moment me and my wife walked in. We were judged by our ethnic appearance and was immediately questioned if “we were in the right place,” even though we announced to them we had a reservation. Other tables were sat down after us and received their menus right away. We were sitting for approx 20 mins before being presented a menu and the specials. Food finally arrived and the server commented “here’s your cheeseburger.” As if I was a child. Terrible service and experience. Long time customer that will never return. Biggest waste of $300 dollars.

The food was good and very, very pricey. I don't think that service is at the level of the restaurant.
