I enjoyed a fantastic dinner at Il Pastaio, located inside Eataly NYC. The restaurant has a great concept—seating is at the bar, where you can watch the chefs prepare fresh pasta right in front of you. It was genuinely enjoyable to see the pasta-making process while waiting for our meal. Both the salad and the pasta were excellent—fresh, flavorful, and well-presented. I’d definitely consider coming back the next time I’m in New York City. Highly recommended!
Fresh pasta made every day—how can you not love that? At Il Pastaio di Eataly, you can actually see the chefs making each piece from scratch. It’s all about keeping it fresh and authentic.

We ate at Il Pastaio in Eataly NYC 5th Ave last week. We ordered the Fresh Tajarin pasta with White Truffles which was a seasonal special, and the Burrata with Fried Zucchini. Absolutely Amazing!!
